21

Knocked out another "21" workout this morning, starting with 20 push-ups and 1 sit-up and running the table until I do 1 push-up and 20 sit-ups. This was much harder to do on a soft carpeted floor, but I still set a new PR for the workout in 22:25. It takes me FOREVER to do regular sit-ups these days.

I'll break that time. I'll post on it tomorrow after I complete it. Besides give me a different way to improve on my pushups and situps.

Whatever, you can't even do 20 push-ups, let alone this workout.

The sit-ups are Army PT style with nobody/nothing holding your feet.

What happened to "I am going to do it in under 20 min next time"?

Wow if you can't do atleast 50 situps with out somebody holding your feet you suck.

I'm not scared just means I have to re do this event to properly beat your time. Which was beat with a time of 21.15 but I took this one slow to make sure I did it right. I was working on form you know.

I can do 50 sit-ups, it just takes me a while. Besides, your mom told me crunches make my stomach look flatter.

And by the way, if you can't do two miles under twelve minutes you suck.

And Lulu, where's my beer?

ever got a 300 on the Army PT test? I think that distinction is reserved for NoCRUDers...

That's right! Ft. Jackson S.C. back in '88.

This "21" workout -phhhfffftttt! It's gotta go!

Well geez if I spent my whole life running from girls then maybe I could run 2 miles in under 12 minutes.

Besides I got you to help me learn the tricks.

I believe SCRUD holds the only CIB among the group! And not only have I gotten a 300 on the Army PT test, I've also maxed the Air Force PT test. OK, the AF one isn't much to brag about...
