If you're outside in Colorado during the summer, wear sunscreen.
Between Friday and Sunday I bagged three 14ers and hared a shadeless trail up in Golden. Most of it without a shirt. Most of it without using sunscreen.
I'm now a deep shade of red with blisters all over my shoulders, back, and arms. And it hurts just to have a shirt on.
Should be all healed by Wed though, so it looks like another run up Pikes before the Traveler show! Woohoo!
