I witnessed a homeless guy having projectile diarrhea when I lived in Dallas. He was right on the side of the road at a traffic light (Oak Lawn & I35). I called 3-1-1 (not sure why) and in disbelief, the woman had me repeat 3-4 times what I had seen. Then she asked me why I was laughing.
