Anyone ever hear of this guy? Got a free mutt CD in this month's Relix magazine and while listening to it a song by this guy caught my ear and I was off to Independent Records where I snagged the final copy in the store.
Had someone given the CD to me and told me it was a lost Jimi Hendrix bootleg I would have believed them. They sound that similar. Vernon Reid (of one of the greatest rock bands ever, Living Colour) is on the album, so this guy can't be that unheard of.
Anyways, once I get my lazy ass to the store for some blank CDs, some of yunz'll be getting a copy.

his bio seems pretty bad ass. I recognize a lot of the names. Pass me along a cd also please.
ladell mclin (http://www.ladellmclin.com) is an amazing virtuoso. he's hendrixian in both is skill and in his ability to lift an audience into higher realms. that's my opinion, anway. :)
