Took me 38 minutes to haul my lame ass up the incline yesterday. Five minutes slower than last week. Just couldn't get moving today for some reason, but it was still a great workout.
Post workout recovery at Sharky's, a pretty sweet pub. MG got us free jager shots for putting her bra on the roof! There's now also a $1 dollar bill that says "TAF is a wanker!" on the wall!
