About to head out for my long run, since I can't do it tomorrow due to the Denver hash. Gonna hit some new trails with CRUD, which is cool. But it is currently -10F, with a "feels like" temp of -27F. That sucks.
um its HOW COLD?????? i dont do that very well...its been like 80 here until yesterday...wow, maybe i should just sit in my freezer to get used to the weather there..ps you ass is getting a snowball in the face the first morning i am there to wake you up!
It was a shitty time. Wanted to do two hours, only did 90 minutes 'cuz I couldn't move my mouth and was worried about frostbite. My water, in bottles on my hip and covered with a fleece jacket, froze. Wish I woulda stayed in bed. Hope it's better weather for the marathon tomorrow...
Where was I whining? Just pointing out the facts. But as soon as I win the lottery I'm gonna have a winter house in Austin and a summer house in Colorado, that's for sure.
