tragedy

For some unknown reason, my entire music library, some ten straight days of tunes, was erased from iTunes. So I no longer have any music. This sucks.

Can someone help me get the music back? Is it possible the tunes are somewhere else on my computer? Some hidden Apple backup space?

Very sad day for me, I'll miss all that great music. Donations, in the form of CDs, can be sent to:

Two things:

1. You are still, and probably always will be the biggest Austin Wanker.

2. Sounds like a virus to me. If it's a huge deal to get it all back then take it to a professional disk recovery place --BTW the less you use your computer between now and then the more chance you have of getting your music back intact.

I'd like to think you're smart enough to have done this already, but...

have you used Windows "search" to look for mp3 files yet? Or there is probably an iTunes "search computer for music files" command you could try.

Beacuse it's possible that just the iTunes directory file was wiped out but the mp3s are still there.

if you were on a Mac, I could tell you how to fix it.

Are you on a PC? Bryan can probably fix that for you. Send him an email.

So did you run off your trauma? Or just go straight to alcohol?

Did you ever get this fixed? Or do I need to mail you back CD's you burned for me?

I backed up all of your itunes music a while back when you fucked up your machine downloading gay porn. I might still have it stored away somewhere.
