AM - Seven miles to work, 66 minutes. Was going to run a hard mile on the CC track along the way, but the track is currently closed. Really closed, not like when it's closed and Andy and I run there anyways. Lots of heavy equipment and fences on the top turn. I imagine the damage will be significant from all the construction, so maybe they'll get a new track?
PM - 12.5 miles home, two hours. Last two miles were with the dog.

Whatever, the Pads are on fire, hitting a combined .183 to start the year! That's about the same percentage of time you spend sober.
