4.6 miles before yoga yesterday. Dropped an epic shit bomb at the starbucks on GOG and Centennial, think I psychologically damaged the poor employee who was in there cleaning up. 8.8 miles easy this morning in Red Rock Canyon.
BLOS has his Disney report up. Great job by lots of locals down there. But you couldn't pay me enough to visit Disney World. When I do my Florida marathon, which I'm in no rush to do, I'll probably hit Miami so I can also go for a run with this guy.
Gaylord is in for the Salida Marathon. I'll bring extra PBR to the finish line, since it's gonna take him a long time to run that course.
