Somewhere along the multiple crashes if my iTunes, I have somehow lost the Monte Montgomery "Live at the Workplay" album. I sent this album to quite a few of my loyal readers, can someone send me a copy?
I'd call the tech guys at Apple, but the only thing they've ever done for me was to look at me condescendingly and say "you need to get a MAC." No, Apple has to make a damn product that works without crashing and losing my music, you assholes!

you gave me that album and can burn it for ya.
Wanker, Apple isn't crashing your machine. I run iTunes on both my windows desk top and lap top just fine and I can almost guarantee you that my desktop machine is way older than yours. From what you describes last time this happened, it sounds to me like you have some sort of corruption on your hard drive that’s been slowly eating your iTunes library, as sectors go bad you loose data, which in this case is your music collection. FYI, iTunes periodically throws up a warning message telling you to back up your iTunes library (unless you disable it). My point is, don’t be pissed at Apple, they didn’t do this, HDs going bad is just a fact of life, it isn’t a matter of if it’s a matter of when. Since it seems to me that your music collection means a lot to you, you should invest a couple hundred bucks in a back-up hard drive that you can use to keep a copy of your music collection on, whenever you loose songs of your machine, you’ll know where to go to get a backup copy.
Yeah, what Chlamydia said
get a mac
Dude I still have that copy you made for me...it's ready to mail. I made a copy. Lemme know.
It's Bush's fault
