Easy run this morning with Yeti and the dog through Red Rock Canyon. 40 minutes, 4.2 miles. Time to shave the legs, throw on some spandex, and bike to work.

Hot Tomato is closed on Sundays. And Mondays. I've been screwed by this multiple times, so I've never actually been there.
