book #9

$100 and I are gonna take some time to explore Arches National Park and Moab on our way home from the Bear, so I've been doing a lot of reading on those places to get ready. Should be a pretty decent trip.

If you want the 9% alcohol beer you have to ask!Fragile Arch is worth the hike.

You read "Desert Solitaire" already?

It took me awhile to get around to it -- enjoyed "Monkey Wrench Gang" just fine...started it while camping in Fruita, and really got more out of the desert from Abbey's writing.

I signed up for Mt. Lemmon; would like to meet you in Oct. Keep up the great running and hit the slam!

I have read Desert Solitare, and loved it. Oddly, I started/finished it while getting ready for a trip to Fruita.

Jeff, I'll keep you posted on my Arizona plans for Lemmon.

Does it have an appendix in the book that tells you where they serve PBR or something?
