Really needed something good today to take away the effects of a late night at the Lounge.  Never know which direction your luck is going to go with this size.

Still no running today.  Definitely not heading down to Pueblo tomorrow for the Rock Canyon half, first time in a while I'll miss that one.

Colorado College hockey tonight.  I've never seen them win a game.
