finally back?

Best post-Boston workout this morning. 8 x 2:30 hard up Rampart Range. Ended up getting in 10.1 miles, 1:33, all on the Garden trails and Rampart Range. My hip/glute doesn't hurt so much when my lungs are burning and I'm concentrating on not throwing up.
