Averaged over 80 miles the past three weeks. Will hafta back off this week as holiday drinking and a Saturday road trip to the state highpoint of Kansas mess up my running schedule. Should still hit 300 miles for December though, entering 2010 in much better shape than I did 2009.

Thanks, JT. I've had a pretty shitty year running, but as long as you're around I can say, "My buddy and I ran an average of over 2500K this year."
