CRUD party is October 15th. All are welcome. Not sure what time we'll start the festivities, but it'll be late enough that any of yunz northerners can come down and get in a good run beforehand.
Rumor has it the Canya Canon 6K is on November 6th. Come get in a great workout and then watch Rick H try to go pint for pint with me.
