track/bike commute 5/V3

Mon AM - 23F this morning, almost went to Accolade instead of the track, but I drug myself up the hill for 8 x 200m.  Untimed, but there was a bit of pain for such a short distance.

Then a quick four mile ride to work.

Hit CityRock over lunch and did one of the new V3 problems.  My first V3 in a long time and I think only my third ever.

Ten mile ride home.

Had to make an airport run, so $100 and I stopped by the new Dueces Wild Brewing.  Pretty good IPA.
