bike commute 81

Been a rough week as I've battled this sickness.  Only got in two runs - both very easy walk/jogs with $100 and the dog over in Red Rock Canyon.  And two rides - one of which was indoors at Accolade.  On Friday I was able to bike to work, and this is the first week all year I've used the jeep more than once to get to work.  Still not 100%, but I'm getting there.
