AM - Ten miles in Red Rock Canyon with the dog.  Only the second time since we've had her that she's covered that distance.

PM - Easy hour on the Salsa over in Red Rock Canyon.  Was hoping to get in a longer ride but this was all I could squeeze in.

We watched Pug over the weekend so Marc and Amanda could head to Moab.  I don't work for free, and I demanded payment in beer.
