Four miles very easy with the dog this morning, 40 minutes. Think she was sore from two big workouts yesterday, AM Barr Trail and PM Incline.
First back-to-back long runs coming up this weekend. Pueblo and the CO Trail. We'll see how it goes. Need to get my ass in gear one of these days, I have a 100K coming up in less than a month.
Watched the free Sender Films shorts on Outside last night. Alex Honnold is my new hero.

I might not be able to keep up with Scott but I am not worried about tomorrow. I bet after two hours you wouldn't be able to keep up with my daughter.
I don't care how many of your kids beat me, I own Denise. She won't even sign up for the same race as me anymore.
If Alex Honnold keeps this up, he is doomed. I give him 5 more years, tops.
I have taken 20 footers on rock and 60 footer falls on ice. There are just too many variables involved. Some of the greatest are dead, Dan Osman (died extreme bungee jumping), John Bachar, and Derek Hersey.
Having a family slowed me down quit a bit.
