Not a great week as I took most of it off due to eye surgery. Kept busy with SAR though, we've been getting a lot of calls lately.
run - 15 miles, 2.5 hours, a whopping 858 feet of ascent
hike - 36 miles, 17 hours, 5k of climbing
Took Mook and Millie up to Monument to hike with my SAR dog friends Sora and Boomer. Good times!
