the run home
Much warmer this evening as the temp was 1F when I left the office. Ran into Sean on the Santa Fe trail, so got in a nice tempo workout for a few miles. No truth to the rumor that I ran the Stocking Shuffle 5K course with one of the areas fastest guys to get some tips for the race this weekend. 10 miles, 1:33:10.

Im curious who this areas fastest guy is.
I said "one of the areas fastest guys." He's fresh off a 1:19 PR at Rock Canyon.
