What is Lance Armstrong going to say when it's proven that he doped up? I bet he'll blame someone else. Though I could see him taking a page from ARod and claiming ignorance. I bet the nike PR machines are already working on this...
He's in trouble again for a technical violation. He basically said, "sure, I'll take your pee test, let me go grab a shower first."
The building I work in has a drug testing facility (for illegal drugs, not performance enhancing drugs), and that excuse is getting a lot of laughs around here.
I'll tell you what, if Lance retired after winning 7 tours, never gets caught, then comes back for a publicity tour and gets burned for doping, he would officially take over the 'Stupidest Athlete Ever' title from Michael Vick...

Did some new news come up? I hadn't heard anything recently - not that I follow cycling all that closely.
I don't think Lance could pull of the ignorance claim. It fits well for A-Rod, though. ;-)
