Good track workout this morning. 1.5 mile warmup, then 18 x 200 meters, with 30 seconds RBI. Hit the first two intervals in 41 and 40, then hit all the rest between 37 and 38. If I can just keep that pace at Boston I'll run 2:09:41.
My Sportiva Wildcats went over 1100 miles on this run.
