20 minute warm up, 4 x 1600m, 400m RBI, 20 minute cool down. 6:09, 6:06, 6:09, 6:11. Slow times were due to the track and weather, not the effort. Picked up mud with each stride, adding to the joy. I was effing smoked on those last two.
Think I'm gonna try the 21 workout at lunch, first time this year. Won't be pretty as I can't remember the last time I did a sit up.

what's the 21 work out?
20 push ups, 1 sit up
19 push ups, 2 sit ups
18 push ups, 3 sit ups
...
and so on. Ends up being 200+ push ups and 200+ sit ups.
