Section 16
Section 16 with the dog this morning. Right off the bat there's a crazy 1.7 mile killer hill, nice way to start the day. Took me 29:40 to get to the top. 1:13 for the 5.5 mile round trip. There are usually about two mountain lion attacks on dogs in the Sec 16/Red Rock Canyon every spring, so I gotta be careful out there.

How clear was the trail? Especially the steep part in the dark timber?
Trail is snow free. Still ice near the waterfall but it doesn't mess with your running.
