Moving into a new office and a new house wrecked havoc on my routine, so I decided to take an easy week. Still had some quality workouts on Tues and Thurs, just no long run and no two-a-days to get the extra mileage.
Incline last night before hitting Chucky's Air Force retirement happy hour, then an easy 6.5 miles this morning. Currently sitting at 758.1 miles for the year.

I see you live in Manitou Springs. Any advice for someone looking to move to the area this year? I'm looking for a duplex or apartment 2bedrooms. My price point is around $600/month. Also considering Colorado Springs any areas I should avoid? Thanks in advance.

Nice mileage for the year. Living in places like Manitou and Eagle River are different because sometimes it can take an hour to get in 3 miles.
