Fossil Brewing (finally) opened it's doors on Friday. I was lucky enough to get to visit a few times before the official grand opening, and I'm pretty impressed with their brews. This is going to be a great place to end runs/rides from Red Rock Canyon.
Brew of the day was the Sabertooth Imperial IPA.
After hanging at Fossil for a bit, a bunch of us went downtown to catch Nick Swardson. A bit short, but it was good to laugh my ass off. And since it was short, we had lots of time to hit Benny's for more beers.
