Four mile run on Thursday evening, 38 minutes, after taking a belay class at CityRock. Wednesday was five miles in 45 minutes. Still using the bike to get to and from work.
In honor of Semi-Rad's latest post, I'm going to bail on work and ride the Falcon Trail today.

Fond memories of Anderson Valley, it was one of the the first craft brews I had way back in 94 or 95. Haven't had it in quite some time but maybe I'll remedy that soon.
