Tues PM

Commute #39 in the books. 5 easy miles home, 41:19. Tomorrow marks twice the goal I made at the new year for commuting to work. Which is good, since I've failed miserably at the push up goal and the yoga goal is in serious jeopardy...

There was a yoga goal? I've been considering yoga as a way to help my running. And by help I really mean helping me not get hurt all the time.
What type of yoga do you do?

I did yoga at corepower until I realized I wasn't using it enough to justify the cost. I use a few videos I have now.
