no Manitou 5K this year...
My next attempt at a sub 13 minute 5K was going to be at the Manitou Mayor's Cup 5K, but I was just informed by the fastest mountain runner/city councilman in the world that the race will not be held this year. Guess I'll just harness all that speed for the coffin races...

Are you staying the night on Saturday before Mt. Lemmon? I'm going to be staying at the Hampton Suites; small world I'm sure I'll see you out there, but you will be far ahead of me since I'll be saving my legs for JJ100 the following week.
I'm staying at a friends. Get in Sat morning and heading straight to the expo. Should have brews at the finish...
Yeah... I emailed them earlier in the week to confirm. Bummer. I was wanting to do this one again.
