Very solid week of training so far. 8.3 miles to Siamese Twins and back from Trinity on Monday. 12 miles of fartleks with the Sunrise Striders on Tuesday. 17.6 miles to and from work on Wednesday. Thursday morning it was a 60 minute run in the Garden, with a 25 minute tempo thrown in. Hip/glute is about 80% and getting better. Rest day on Friday, and then a little jaunt through the Jemez mountains on Saturday...
