commute #11
Nice, easy run to work today, 5 miles, 41:20. Been having a solid week, with a good effort on a 12 mile fartlek in the Garden yesterday morning and an easy 8.3 miles on the trails on Monday with the Soul Runners. Hip/glute still moaning, but at least I'm getting some training done.
