new phone?
Thinking of upgrading my crappy phone. Want to go with one of the new, fancy internet capable phones, since I use my phone a lot more for texting than talking. Thinking of either an iPhone or one of the new G2 google phones. Any advice? Any other cool phones out there? I know that iPhone users act like they just saw Jessica Alba naked every time they talk about that thing, but I really, really don't like the keyboard.

Iphone is great and yes the keyboard is not the greatest but you do get used to it fairly quickly. The best thing about the Iphone is all the free apps that you can get from the AppStore. I have imapmyrun which is a GPS app that tracks everything for you, then you can upload it to the website for your tracks and elevation profile on the site, pretty cool. I also use Livestrong App which is a diet tracking App that is free. Of course you have the Ipod functionally of it. The only thing that sucks about the Iphone is battery life, it can be short with some Apps. That is my 2 cents.

I have a blackberry and it is super easy to get on the internet with it. I don't like touch screens and the batteries die really quickly with i-phones.
Got your message, I would be up for a run on the 19th or 20th. Not sure which day would be better yet and I am not free until after 4pm due to work. I will be slow due to recovering from Red Hot 50K but up for it. Hit me up early next week and we can figure out the details. Later.
My iPhone battery doesn't die that quickly, but I have the Classic version. Think the newer 3G ones use up battery life faster. And yes, the free Apps rock!
Why don't you get one of those flip open phones like Paris and her buddies in those commercials. What are they called??? Side step? Side slap? Frick if I know.
Yes, tonight is Pitt/wvu. But we're so much better than them that nobody really cares about the game. Same with football.
I have a blackberry and I love it, but sometimes I get jealous of the cool apps my friends have on their iphones.
