Dude - incredible! You are living proof that I don't know shit about proper training or nutrition! I'm going to start offering my clients the "JT Program" in which they get falling down drunk 4 or 5 times a week and then just mostly jog at 10:00 on their runs in between taking dumps in the bushes. Then, they can surely PR at their next marathon!

Pint o' Lager to ya...now I have to add screws in the shoes from Matt, diet from Scott Jurek, and BEER drinking from Brownie into by Big Horns training plan. With all that, maybe I can PR!!!

The "JT Program" sounds like a lot more fun than the "DeWitt" program.

You kicked my ass in the final miles and ran a smart race and beat me by less than 2 minutes. Of course, I've got 10 years on you and that was my first marathon. But, you still kicked my ass.

I think I'm going to head for the store and buy a case of PBR. See you at Silverton!
