Congrats to my beloved Pittsburgh Pirates, who clinched their 16th consecutive losing season yesterday. They last had a winning team way back in 1992, when I was a junior in high school. We are now tied with the Philadelphia Phillies of the 1940's for the longest streak of losing seasons. No way we'll own that record though, as I guarantee a world title for the Buccos next season!
