Four miles in the Garden this morning, 38 minutes. I weighed in at 179.4 pounds this morning, and getting all that weight up Ridge Road was tough.

How was the Reverend? Had a chance to see him here in Harrisburg a year or two back and didn't.
He is amazing and you should never miss that chance again!
