beer 266

Road Block Lager from Wildwood Brewing in Stevensville, MT.  Marc got this at a gift shop near Yellowstone NP.  Pretty awful.

Glad you had this beer, my wife and I will be in MT next summer and I may have gone here.
I see you no longer have the Oil Creek race in your line up, did you decide against it?
Good luck at hot choc.

Looks like I'm not going to get in off the wait list. Not that I could finish a 100K right now anyways. We're headed to Niagara Falls instead, I hear there's a brewery there!

"Niagara Falls" > Used to work about 20 minutes from the Falls. I can't say much for the city itself, but the park on the American side is great.

The Buffalo area is a fine place, spent a third of my life in upstate NY.

If you want pizza and beer, go to Pizza Plant in Williamsvile, great food and guest taps. If you want homemade Italian, go to Lebro's in Getzville. Ted's Red Hots for grilled hot dogs and fries. Anderson's for frozen custard, just straight up vanilla. If you want a run, do the Niagara River gorge or the Amherst Bike Path (just a paved path, but it's nice along Ellicott Creek).

Never was much for Buffalo wings, but literally any hole in the wall does 'em well.
