A whole hour, I wonder if she'll run my next 3K steeplechase with me for $400. The story is already old news, but it has given birth to the greatest thread EVER on letsrun.com. CRUD was trying to get her for the pre-fat ass expo, but at that price I doubt she's interested in a bunch of dudes who live in their trucks.

I feel pretty sorry for this lady. She is a mess. Yeah, politically correct comment and all I know but damn ...
I feel bad for the kid involved, but not for SFH. She knew, and her hubby knew, and grown up folks can make those kind of choices. It's odd, but it's not like she went out and killed someone.
Maybe this is a trend with distance runners. I still may have a shot with Kara Goucher!
Wow, I briefly saw the a headline about "an American runner" but didn't read it, but your headline got my attention. In the '90s, the female athlete heroes in WI were SFH and Bonnie Blair (speed skater). SFH was an icon in the state.
