branding

Here is the new brand/slogan/logo/whatever that was picked by the CS Indy for our fine town:

For all the uproar caused by this issue, I'm not sure how the above logo is any more or less retarded than the original slogan.

Looks to me like the slogan should be: "Come Enjoy a Steaming Bowl of Colorado Springs!"

I thought the original logo was fine. If organizations simply stopped re-branding all the time, economic productivity would soar and I'd be a millionaire already.
