funny, i looked up the kid mentioned in boulder "brice" and he's no slouch but certainly not brag-worthy at around 35 min 10k speed. poor kid, six years after the initial post on Let's Make People Feel Like Shit and it's still being mentioned! he was like 18 yrs old then and has likely matured (some) by now.
and, while stalking the kid's results, I see he just ran 15:47 in a 5k for the win two weeks ago.
I wasn't meaning to call out Brice, I only make fun of peeps I know personally. Pretty solid times, especially that 5K.
Yeah, I know. I was just curious and bored, so I looked him up. Dude is winning everything he enters in Il with 32 min 10ks and sub 16 5ks. Wonder how fast the poster is who picked on him.
Good run yesterday. Boulder and Denver are like the soft part of an Oreo with Fort Collins and Springs sandwiching them with solid results.
They made fun of Haile Geb when he ran 2:03. Made fun of Ritz when he busted out 12:56. They make fun of Tony all the time. So this Brice dude is in some good company.
And I agree, Boulder and Denver are soft!
