Took Tuesday completely off as I was still feeling pretty wrecked from the weekend. Took the opportunity to clean the house, as I've been neglecting those duties during all this Leadman training and I was starting to get evil stares from the wife about it.
Wed AM was a nice hour run on the Garden Roads.
Just kidding about the house cleaning. I used the extra time to play with the dog. Told the wife I cleaned the house though.
