5AM - Garden of the Gods loop (8 miles)
11:45AM - 45 minutes of climbing, including the usual 101 push-ups, 101 crunches, and 30 pull-ups
5:30PM - 4 x 800 meters with 400 meters recovery
6:30PM - 75 minutes pumping iron at the Y
Yeah, that sounds like Lulu's workout schedule for an entire week, but it was just a Tuesday for me. Making up for it now by gorging on pierogies and Pabst while watching Animal House.
