Weighed in at 173 pounds last night. Body fat was 11%. I've dropped over ten pounds since New Year's Eve, despite eating more often. Want to get down to 169 for Hardrock, didn't think losing weight would be so easy though, maybe I'll go into that race a bit lighter.

I'm doing my best to catch up to you---at 149 as of Monday. Think you could make 160 by March 1? That is my goal, we should train together. And then blog about it.

C-4, if I can get Katie to teach me the sorority secrets of barfing up whatever you eat, I should be able to get down to 149 in a few days. And we do need to train together, Net tells me your gut is getting huge...
Yeah, I am just too damn lazy for all that "working out" and "moving". It is overrated. Now if you'll excuse me I have some lard to go eat...good luck with the barfing.
I read somewhere that long-distance runners should weigh 2lbs per inch, so someone 5'10" should be about 140.
So I guess that means your goal should be about 110, huh brownie?
