morning run

Super lazy this morning as I hit the snooze button a lot more than I should have, still had a nice, super easy half hour run through the streets of Manitou. I've now run 13 of the last 15 days and I can definitely feel a difference. Stupid work function keeps me late tonight so I'll hafta miss my track workout, but I'll east that pain with a nice nighttime run through Red Rock Canyon.

There is no better medicine than a moonlit trail run. Especially when said run ends at the Red Rock Lounge!
