Cut back to one run per day. 40 minutes on the Garden roads on Monday morning, YMCA and an hour of yoga on Monday evening. 50 minutes in Red Rock Canyon this morning, then rode to work. Feeling good, excited for the final Leadman events but will also be glad when they're over. Have some good things planned for the rest of the summer, mostly dealing with riding to beer festivals.
Got a pair of highly sought after tix to see Sharknado 2 on the big screen later this month. I know you're jealous.

I live a few blocks from Ironworks and have been there twice in 8 years. That's partly me, partly Ironworks. Their weird pint glass washer looks pretty sketch to me.
I get the Hopzilla IPA if they have it, a nice brew.
They could also use a sign on Alameda. You'd never know it was there if you weren't a beer geek reading the Rocky Mtn Brewing News. Or friends with PG.
