I've fallen way behind on the schedule already so I've decided to not stress over the triple century. I will continue to report on my mileage and booze intake up until 4:20PM on Sunday just for shits and giggles.
OK since you admit defeat I will too... I tried the 21 workout - didn't make it! It appears my push up and sit up have lost form and function since my young buck days @ Ft Jackson S.C. Started with 21 sit ups and made it to 7 but that wasn't the problem, it was the push ups. My weakling chest is not the same as it used to be...

Aw man! If you can't do it, I don't think I can, at least the masive amounts of alcohol intake anyway. WTF? I've lost all hope.

I had some outside help on the DNF as I spent most of today on the toilet. But even in good health I couldn't have pulled this off.

Day One: 28 miles, 13 beers. No shits and giggles yet. A few drunk dials but that's about it.
Ha, FastEd was a pogue! Try starting with 20 push-ups and working down. Didn't you call me a wus for doing this workout?
