Decent week, starting to get all packed up for the trip which is taking a bit of time.
We'll leave Friday after work, and I hope to start pedaling north on Sunday. Eleven hours south from our house to the border. $100 will enjoy some solo time before driving 20 hours north to Banff to pick me up in a month.
run - 20 miles, three hours and 15 minutes
ride - 82 miles, eight hours
hike - 26 miles, nine hours
