Terrible all around.  It's a slow course, it was cold, very windy, I'm out of shape, and I was hungover.  But I still hoped to at least go sub 20.  Not to be.

Ran 6:31, 6:32, 6:10 (first two miles are uphill, last mile is downhill).

Meh.
