Rescue Run

Horribly hungover, but still managed to run 42:34. My buddy Shelby from Austin is in town and it will forever haunt him that I beat him.

Finished 2009 with 3200.7 miles.

Report will follow later, I'm off to the Townhouse...

    Oh, I see you've moved him up to "buddy" status....

    You know, he told me he is going to start running in hilly areas. Guess he is already looking for a rematch?
